Solvirosol, operated by Sanya Ruixing Hengda Trading Co., Ltd., works with trusted logistics providers and fulfillment facilities to prepare and deliver orders. This policy explains our usual processing, shipping, and tracking arrangements.
Processing before dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. The processing period starts once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Order volume, holidays, promotions, product availability, and other circumstances affecting preparation may change this timeframe. After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery after shipment is 10-20 business days. The overall delivery timeframe includes both the processing period and the shipping transit period.
Actual delivery may vary with the destination, local delivery services, customs procedures, carrier conditions, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Standard shipping fee
Orders totaling USD $39.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below USD $39.00, the standard shipping fee is USD $5.99. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Where orders are fulfilled
An order may be dispatched from our own facilities or those of trusted partners. The fulfillment location depends on available inventory, stock location, and the delivery destination. We do not guarantee that every order will ship from a particular location.
Shipment tracking

International shipping availability

Changing or checking your delivery address
Contact us promptly after ordering if you need to correct the shipping address. Address changes can only be requested before processing or shipment preparation begins. Once a parcel has shipped, we may be unable to update its destination.
The shipping address may differ from the billing address. Please ensure that all delivery details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.
